Junior Creative Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
  Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma
• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, and Illustrator (Proficiency with After Effects is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Good team player and ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
