Swean Consulting, a consultancy firm with recruitment and outsourcing services, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Monitoring Analyst

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Verification of Customers indebtedness as provided in the loan file
• Monitors all disbursed loans to ensure that they are not being diverted for personal reasons
• Verification of loan customers’ stock in cases where stock serves as collateral
• Loan recovery activities
• Maintains a relationship with the Nigerian Law Enforcement Agencies for loan recovery activities (defaulting or bad loans)
• Investigates all loan customers to mitigate the risk of fraud to the bank
• Monitors loan repayment
• Maintains a tracking on all defaulting loan customer to ascertain the critical issues involved
• Primary responsibility is to maximize recovery on defaulted facilities
• Prevent further provisioning through robust and realistic restructure/loan workout strategies
• Provide Executive Management the required support in meeting stipulated targeted ratio on non-performing loans.
• Ensure the retention of qualified and result oriented Recovery Agents(Lawyers, Auctioneers, Receiver Managers)
• Maintain healthy relationship on behalf of the Bank with the various Law enforcement agents
• Ensure provision of adequate/quality information to solicitors during litigations in respect of recovery matters
• Perform other duties as assigned by Group Head, Credit Risk Mgt

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Skills:

• Must be proficient with Excel and understand how to calculate using Excel
• Must be an excellent computer literate, Ability to wor under pressure as well as meet deadlines.
• Excellent reporting system and culture. Applicants must be based in Abuja.

Salary
N50,000 - N66,000 Monthly.
