Responsibilities


  • This position will play a crucial role in the implementation and execution of our comprehensive end-to-end Fulfillment Strategy for Large items.
  • The Logistics Manager is a key member of the Fulfillment and Logistics team and plays a crucial role:
    • Driving world-class fulfillment and logistics excellence, and
    • Managing third party vendor performance at a regional level.

In particular you will:

  • Strategically plan and manage JL logistics, NW operations, first mile transportation and last mile customer services
  • Manage and drive a culture of continuous improvement around KPIs for both internal staff and 3PL collagues (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Keep tracking of quality, quantity, SLA fulfillment, transport costs and efficiency
  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
  • Develops, implements, and manages operational and financial KPls
  • Develop and implement transportation strategies that results in maximum utilization of company assets with minimum cost.
  • Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, provides problem-solving resolutions and solutions.
  • Develop metrics and vendor scorecards to measure and improve overall performance

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or Engineering
  • 8 years minimum experience managing Logistics in a fast paced environment (Consumer Goods preferred, but NOT essential)
  • 3+ years’ experience managing outsourced 3PL services
  • Strong cost budgeting & cost saving track record
  • Proven experience in improving operations (scorecarding, gap analysis, driving high standards etc)
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles
