Job Position: Lounge Manager

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, strong team leadership, and profitability of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement unit for the purchase of beverages, food items, and supplies.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements where necessary.
• Recruit, train, and supervise lounge staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic financial and operational reports.
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and special theme nights to attract customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lounge, bar, nightclub, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
