Job Position: Lounge Waitress
Job Location: Ago Palace Way, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Lounge Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by attending to guests promptly, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable lounge experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
• Ensure tables and lounge areas are clean, organized, and presentable
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards at all times
• Support team members to ensure smooth lounge operations

Requirements (for all positions)

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Must live around Ago Palace Way and its environs, accomodation available for a few slots.
