Job Position: Maintenance Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Description

• We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who would be responsible for managing all operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take care of the hotel infrastructure (e.g. buildings, electricity)
• Manage maintenance personnel and plan various renovation and repair projects.

Requirements

• 10 years’ experience in a 4 Star or 5 Star Hotel
• Minimum of 3 years in the same capacity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.
