Job Position: Manager Production
Job Locations: Nigeria

Job Description

• Effective production and dispatch plan for the month
• To ensure the manufacturing of food under a strict clean and hygenic condition
• Ensuring strict implementation of the company’s policy on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Planning and coordinating operational activities of the shift team workers
• Effective inventory management to maintain smooth flow of raw materials for production
• Controlling cost of production & packaging by minimizing process waste,maximizing efficiency and taking appropriate actions to reduce downtime and improve quality
• Collaborating with maintenance personnel to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance .
• Production planning and control
• Optimal utilization of manpower
• Training of team members and colleaugues.
