Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an FMCG & a Manufacturing company to recruit an expatriate for the position below in Lagos State: 

Job Position: Managing Director - Expatriate
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria 

Responsibilities

• The aim is to maintain and promote vigorous and sustainable growth based on delivering high quality products and services to customers
• Responsible for the P&L of the company
• Responsible for all aspects of the business including production, distribution, finance, strategic planning, internal organization, Human Resources management
• Identify business opportunities
• Manage the resources of the company at a day to day business
• Ensure that distributors and customers receive a standard of products & services which satisfies them and promote their loyalty to the Company
• Provide effective leadership and management of all staff, with clear objective-setting in a structure which defines line of accountability
• Promote and manage a framework which incorporates clear routes of progression
• Provide regular management information, reports and analysis

Desired Skills and Experience

• Master's degree from a recognised university
• 5-10 years experience in a similar management role
• 5-10 years experience in the Manufacturing & Distribution of consumer goods
• Business development and sales oriented
• Experience of managing P & L and Budgetary Process
• Communication/Presentation/Negotiation
• Experience managing multicultural workforce
• Previous experience in Nigeria/West Africa will be a plus
