Requirements

• The candidate must have at least 12 - 15 years Postgraduate experience and a First degree in Medicine or Insurance or Finance/Accounts or Finance/Business.
• He/she must have an MBA from a reputable business school. He/she must demonstrate a deep knowledge of the HMO industry with relevant management experience.
• The candidate must have good communication and organizational skills with an ability to work under pressure.
• He/she must be able to deliver and surpass set targets and also demonstrate appreciable experience in Corporate Governance.
• The successful candidate will report to the Board.
