Job Description

  • Coordinate market research projects.
  • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
  • Collate information and interpret data.
  • Making recommendations based on the data collected.
  • Negotiating contracts for research projects.
  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
  • Design questionnaires and advise on methodology of data collection.
  • Collect data and assimilate statistics using statistical software.
  • Monitor the progress of data collection.
  • Managing focus groups carrying out interviews and conducting surveys.
  • Managing budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 0 - 2 years of proven Market Research Analysis experience.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods.
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling and mining.
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM programs.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
