We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of leads generated
• Sales conversion rate
• Customer retention level
• Campaign performance
• Brand visibility and market penetration.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics or related fields (Relevant experience may substitute for formal education).

Relevant experience may include:

• Field marketing and direct sales
• Digital marketing (social media, email, online ads)
• Market research and customer engagement
• Brand promotion and lead generation.

Professional Skills & Competencies
Core Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management
• Market research and data interpretation
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Technical & Digital Skills:

• Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Basic digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads – advantage)
• Content creation and branding knowledge
• CRM tools and marketing analytics (basic level).

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
