Job Position: Marketing & Customer Relations Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other teams to develop marketing materials
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Handle customer complaints and feedback
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
