- Recruitment and management of marketers.
- Develop a marketing strategy that will yield satisfactory results.
- Give orientation and Provide training for new recruits.
- Carry out market research provide good marketing strategies
- Evaluate field marketers performance and provide extra couching support to help them do better at field level
