Job Description

• The Mechanical engineer is responsible for internal sales here at Flowitec.
• This individual will leverage their technical expertise to understand customer needs, develop customized solutions, prepare quotations and source for suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue suppliers and sourcing agents.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Offer technical advice and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop custom solutions for clients.
• Provide after-sales report to address customer concerns or issues.
• Work closely with engineering and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive threats.
• Provide technical support and guidance to external sales team throughout the sales process.
• Knowledge of pumps and valves.
