Job Position: Mechanical Engineer

Job Location: Katampe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to cement process and equipment design, cement plant inspections, on-site construction guidance at cement factories, and the development and design of industrial products.
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Cement Process and Equipment Design: Engage in the design of water cement processes, equipment, and related systems to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
• Cement Plant Inspections: Conduct comprehensive inspections of cement plants to assess equipment functionality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• On-Site Construction Guidance: Provide hands-on guidance and support during on-site construction activities at cement factories, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Industrial Product Development and Design: Contribute to the development and design of industrial products, leveraging expertise in mechanical and mechatronics engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Proficient in using design software such as Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Solidworks, 3Dmax, and Photoshop.
• Age requirement: Below 35 years old.
• Pleasing appearance, good health, and no undesirable habits.
• Preferred: Previous experience working in a cement plant and possession of a registered engineer certificate.
