Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized office space.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Ensure visitors are properly signed in and directed to the appropriate personnel or meeting locations.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment. This includes managing office supplies, restocking as necessary, and ensuring all workspaces are clean and presentable.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments by arranging necessary equipment or resources, and distributing relevant materials.

Qualifications

  • Good SSCE certificate, OND (any discipline)
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, or similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
