Job Summary

• We are searching for a trustworthy Tractor Driver to join our crew. As a Tractor Driver, your responsibilities will include driving tractors, completing maintenance duties, and moving material in and out of the Packing Plant. You will report to the Packing Plant Manager and should be comfortable working alone for long periods.
• You must have good concentration skills, excellent hand-eye coordination, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strength as well as active listening skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving and carrying out regular maintenance and repairs of tractors and other attachments.
• Performing inspections of tractors and attachments like trolley and buckets
• Using tractors to transport materials and pull or push packing plant equipment.
• Remaining alert while driving and servicing the tractor, and maintaining the appropriate speed limit at all times.
• Completing minor repairs on the tractor as at when necessary.
• Drive the company tractor, from one point to another in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Clean loading bay with tractor.
• Keep the tractor clean.
• Perform preventive and regular maintenance of the equipment allocated to operate.
• Load and unload materials from plant to instructed destination
• Take instruction from housekeeping supervisors and related superiors
• Report any breakdown to mechanical for immediate repairs.
• Attend daily and weekly safety meetings.
• Promote, execute and adhere to company safety policy.

Requirements
Education and Work Experience:

• Trade Test I, II, III
• WASC/GCE/SSCE with minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Basic knowledge of cement production process
• In-depth knowledge of the cement packing machines/ functions and procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and speed
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Good relationship management skills

Job Position: Vulcanizer, Packing Plant - Cement

Description

• Communicate with Mechanical Engineer accordingly.
• Adhere to all plant policies, instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines in accordance with applicable OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Maintain all work-related documentation to include logbooks, pre-departure safety inspections, and work area safety inspections.
• Ability to repair, splice, and vulcanize all type of conveyor belts, ability to troubleshoot and install belts on conveyors and train conveyor belts.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the work crew.
• Report to shop foreman of assigned profit center when not performing belt crew duties.
• Other duties may be assigned at this time including belt, hose, and gasket fabrication.
• Welding and general housekeeping duties.
• Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery or refinery and pipeline distributions systems.

Requirements

Job Position: Packer Operator, Packing Plant - Cement

Description

• Ensure the implementation of QMS, EMS, OHSAS, and Management systems adopted by DCP-Ibese.
• Ensure to report concerned shift manager and need to take specific instructions from him
• Ensure proper handover and take over from the previous shift.
• Ensure the cleaning of loading machines, packing machines, and the floor and its surroundings thoroughly.
• Operate loading machine and related operations based on laid down SOP.
• Ensure to pack and load 120 tons per hour from related packing machines.
• Ensure that the exact amount of bags on ATC are correctly loaded on the trucks.
• Arranging the laminated bags at all times on the packing floor.
• Report any malfunctions in Roto Packer/Loading machines and Auxiliaries to shift Manager and concerned supervisor.
• Clean the auto packer with compressed air during and at the end of each shift
• Count and record finished and rejected bags of cement
• Ensure ATC and loading slips are received before trucks are loaded.
• Ensure safety of personnel by operating the auto packer in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• SSCE + 5 years work experience. Trade Test II + 2 years work experience

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of cement production process
• Working knowledge auto packer parts and their functions
• Ability to operate auto packer effectively
• Good knowledge of the cement packing machines/ functions and procedures
• Good knowledge of control room operations

• Compliance with ISO Management System (QMS, EMS and OHSAS).

• Responsible for shift planning to achieve daily shift target.
