1.) Operations Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Our company is seeking to hire an operations manager to join our team.
• You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Operations Manager is to be responsible for the following:

• Floor Management inclusive of:
  • Entertainment
  • Events
  • Floor sales
• Customer Service offline - Waiters and Waitresses, Runners, Hygiene, Maintenance, etc
• Staff training and development
• Achieving sales target
• Stock budgeting
• Requisition monitoring and Audit based on sales trends.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the Admin Panel to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Support worker communication with the management team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Operations Management or related field with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Solid understanding of financial management.

2.) Production Coordinator

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Checks and arranged docket for production.
• Make daily kitchen requisitions.
• Opening & closing stock reporting
• Daily / weekly Production plan and implementation
• Properly sets up kitchen for service.
• Restock kitchen for next shift.
• Monitors staff adherence to the SOPs.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production.
• Knows equipment, utensils, plates etc all needed for service.
• Properly communicates with the kitchen team.
• Maintains expected quality and speed of service during rush.
• Properly demonstrates how to prepare all recipes..

3.) Store Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our store.
• As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store.
• Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
• Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
• Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
• Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
• Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
• Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
• Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree / BSc / MSc qualification.
