Sunrise Universal Integrated is a subsidiary of Bond Group of Companies situated in Ibadan, Oyo State with business interest in supermarket, pharmacy, eatery and arcade.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Facility Manager

Job Location: Akala Way, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all facilities at the Mall.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of building, equipment, and systems to avoid disruption of services/operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations by all customers/vistors e.t.c.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies and incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor energy usage and implement energy-efficient initiatives.
• Serve as first line interface with tenants, government agencies and other parties at the Mall.
• Assign space and co-ordinate tenants to ensure efficiency of operations.
• Ensure all regulatory permits and licenses e.t.c are obtained and shared amongst the tenants e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND / B.Sc in Facility Management or related field.
• Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and security protocols.
• Attention to details and sociable personality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for building/facility.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.

2.) Facility Officer

Job Location: Akala Way, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Carry out basic maintenance and repair on the building, equipment, and systems to avoid disruption of services/operations.
• Tracking of faults and ensuring they are fixed within a reasonable time frame.
• Monitor energy consumption and keep a record of the same for tracking purposes.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies and incidents.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on all equipment at the Mall.
• Carry out installation and maintenance.
• Monitor and ensure customer/staff compliance with safety and security regulations at the Mall.

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND / BSc in Electrical / Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in same capacity.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask
• Attention to details and sociable personality.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.

3.) Lounge Manager

Job Location: Akala Way, Ibadan, Oyo

Summary of Responsibilities

• To develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
• Carry out routine inspection/check to ensure equipment are properly maintained.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance and activities reports.
• Ensure a maximum safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
• Provide leadership and ensure excellent guest service is provided by the staff.
• Ensure the lounge is stocked with necessary consumables within the budget approval to avoid stock out.
• Ensure all food production meet specifications, and standards set by the organization.
• Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security agencies for necessary action e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• OND / HND / BSc in Social Science or related field.
• Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same capacity.
• Ability to take ownership of the business and commitment to achieving steady growth.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
• Attention to details and sociable personality.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.

4.) Waiter / Waitresses

Summary of Responsibilities

• To provide warm and excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses where applicable.
• Give report on all customers’ feedback to the Head Waiter/Supervisor.
• Explain or give detail menu information to customers professionally.
• Sell and up-sell menu items to customers in order to maximize sales
• Ensure adherent to health and safety standards when handling food and beverage items e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent certificate.
• Minimum of 1-year of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Creative and Innovative mind.
• Attention to detail and sociable personality.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Ability to proactively meet the demands and pressure of customers.
