Job Position: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Requirement

• Interested candidates must learn to give feedback on every delivery made
• Interested candidates must have good driving skill, and must possess a valid means of identification
• Arrange shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipate delivery requirement, placing and expediting orders.
• Ship items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time.
• Verify items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconcile quantities; note discrepancies.
• Interested candidates must assist the company in fast delivery and excellent customer service to her numerous customers
• Interested candidates must be a representative of the company whenever he/she makes delivery and will have to act as such in a respectful courteous manner
• Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, method, status and responding to enquiries as it relates to delivery.

Salary
N35,000 – N50,000 (Monthly).

Job Position: Human Resource Manager (Fashion Oriented)
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Invent new fashion and printing initiatives for outstanding and extraordinary performances
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities etc.
• Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Provide supplies by identifying needs and meeting the identified needs.
• Purchase materials and supplies by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
• Check and sign off invoices, monitor expenses
• Develop new business relationships, generate and gain new business leads, opportunities and contacts and negotiate new lines of revenue
• Lead the identification and development of improved recruitment and retention approaches
• Oversee staff development
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Review company policies vis-à-vis best practice and propose revisions

• Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
