Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a Customer / Online Sales Support Personnel.
• Our ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent knowledge of customer service best practices.
• You should also be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
• Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills.
