Job Description
- Oversee daily production targets
- Coordinate the development of key performance indicators for functions of direct reports.
- Provide direct management of key functional managers.
- Increasing staff productivity and motivation.
- Generating daily reports on production activities.
- Allocating budget resources and managing operational cost to achieve set budgeted production.
