Job Description

  • This role will ensure operational policies and plans across all businesses are well-coordinated and productive by managing its processes and coaching its people. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various global processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relevant policies (procurement, vendor management, facility management, logistics, general office administration) and standard of operations for the Group and oversee the implementation of same across all companies.
  • Collaborate with Management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
  • Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies across the Group.
  • Deliver operational excellence by overseeing daily operations to support the Group.
  • Liase with senior management across the Group to make strategic business decisions that will further improve operational activities and impact strategic goals.
  • Oversee operational processes and performance, recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Implement and monitor operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with all leaders, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals of the Group.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day performance to ensure efficient and timely completion of operational tasks within the Group.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ operational experience required.
  • Experience in operations management across technology, healthcare, fintech, hospitality and agribusiness industry most preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, procurement, vendor management and customer service
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity within a Group or Holding structure
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs through effective communication.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with technology to include Microsoft office tools.
  • Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple.
