Job Summary

• As the operations manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our luxury aesthetic spa.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, exceptional client experiences, and efficient staff management.
• This role requires a dynamic leader with strong organizational, financial, and customer service skills to uphold the spa's standards and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Implement and maintain spa policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance operations and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure a motivated and professional team.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and enhancing the overall spa experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service management.
• Proficiency in business operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
