Job Title: Operations / Training Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Descriotion:

He/she would be responsible for managing the general running of the school while overseeing the actualization of the school’s vision and goals, as well as the sustenance of the school’s values and culture.

Key responsibilities

•Oversee Training Operations and Class Activities

•Manage Business Marketing and Publicity to prospective students/ schools/ NGOS (inquiries Online and Offline)

•Manage Students Affairs, course content, progress and feedback form

•Manage budgets, Procurements, Expenses and Fees payment

•Manage instructors, course outline, performance and appraisal contract

•Conduct weekly online class reviews and monthly management meeting

•Plan and manage business events(exhibitions, workshops, seminars etc)

•Attend industry meetings/exhibitions
