Job Description

• Provide leadership for the successful operation of the manufacturing plant
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, anticipate new requirement and propose related strategies.
• Drive the people engagement programs
• Own/Deliver against financial targets, budgeting & P&L for the plant
• Deliver against performance targets, consistently hitting plant’s targets for productivity

Required Expectations

• Qualified Pharmacist with extensive experience in pharma manufacturing within structured multinational/international environment.
• Must have working experience in production management, QA/QC, preventive maintenance, plant management, S&OP process, TQM & Lean manufacturing as well as NPD launching (from development to commercialization).
• Problem solving/Data analysis
• Strategic thinking and forward planning
• Minimum of 15 years experience
• Leadership skills
• Ability to create followership and build a winning team
• Business acumen
