Garden Brown is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Plumber/Fitter
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, replace, and/or install all the plumbing, piping, and plumbing fixtures
• Proper use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing division
• Dependable performance in terms of attendance, acceptance of assignments and strict adherence to all safety policies and requirements
• Complete tasks assigned within time constraints implied by park guidelines
• Follow safety and handling procedures as well as state and federal regulations without deviation
• Dependable performance in terms of attendance, acceptance of assignments and strict adherence to all safety policies and requirements
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least three years of training or equivalent experience in the field
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license
• Must be knowledgeable in the reading of and working from blueprints and/or drawing
• Must have installation knowledge of PVC piping and galvanized pipe
• Must have experience working with chemical and hazardous wastes
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
