We want amazing storytellers that handle their own camera and have an entrepreneurial eye. We are looking for experienced and innovative broadcasters with the ability to meet our digital-first philosophy for the position below:

Job Description

• Collect and analyse information of interest, including government and breaking news, and broadcast it to the public.
• Gather information, write coverage, conduct interviews, report on-air and edit broadcasts.
• Fact checking
• Conduct interviews for broadcast

Qualifications

• BSc in Mass Communication, Journalism or relevant field Relevant training (e.g. production courses) will be an advantage
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong writing skills, and ability to convey information in a clear, concise and conversational manner
• Excellent live reporting skills and strong on-camera presentation skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to interact professionally and build relationships and sources
• Strong research skills, including the ability to navigate online search engines
• A valid driver’s license
