Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team and support the efficient sourcing, negotiation, and management of vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms for goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to align procurement needs with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement standards.
• Conduct periodic market research and supplier performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 - 6 years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP software.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
