Med-In Pharmaceutical Limited, a producer of infusions of different sizes, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement Officer
Job Location: Sagamu Interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end supply chain process for pharmaceutical, laboratory medical devices and equipment requirements.
• Serve as a contact staff for raw materials and laboratory medical devices procurement
• Processes suppliers’ qualification as a vendor and recommend accordingly
• Provide technical advice and guidance to Management on compliance, and sourcing of materials needed
• Negotiate supply agreements and renewals and propose cost saving management scheme
• Lead strategic supplier relationship management which will include periodic business reviews with key suppliers to identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
• Develop supplier score cards and other analytics to enable team to effectively manage supplier performance
• Lead and procure materials directly from the local market as may be required from time to time
• Handles market surveys and recommend prices that reduces production cost
• And any other duty to be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields with 5 years of work experience.
