Job Position: Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the process/equipment
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure all products produced meet company's specifications
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 + years experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel as needed to support quality and technical issue resolution
• Must be able to meet deadlines and maintain good communications with management and associates
