De Koolar Nigeria Limited is a 100% owned indigenous HVAC Company with over two decades of industry experience. We are leading Nigerian manufacturers and suppliers of a range of Ice Block Making Machine, Coldroom, Blast Freezers, Cold storage barns, Ovens, Refrigerators and Air Conditioners, among other domestic and industrial heat transfer equipment. Our services include all aspects of design, installation, maintenance and repairs of domestic, commercial and industrial systems.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Supervisor
Job Location: Papalanto, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects.
• Measuring and analyzing technical growth.
• Develop product design for manufacturing using 3D/2D modelling design software.
• Oversee the entire design process of the product before manufacturing.
• Coordinate with managers to develop project plan and timelines.
• Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities.
• Assign daily workload to team members.
• Develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Organize job training for your team members to achieve production goals.
• Investigate production issues and develop resolutions.
• Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for project execution.
• Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer’s specifications.
• Generate daily/weekly task.
• Ensuring the right technical parameters are met i.e., low pressure and high pressure.
• Ensure that the following is implemented/installed on our machine: squareness of the internal and external, improved aesthetics, Airtightness of the door, proper insulation/lapping and curing of A & B chemical and other sealants, recording and observing maximum pull downtime is achieved, ensuring all necessary devices are installed.
