Strongmas Residence Development is a real estate company and a member of the Strongmas group. Established several years ago as Cerebral Homes before it metamorphosed to its current name. Strongmas Residences was borne out of the idea of making exotic homes affordable to the middle class. Strongmas believes unvaryingly to quality and customer satisfaction. Over the years have built homes in Magodo Phase 2, Lekki and its environs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Architect

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitor projects’ progress according to the agreed programme, identify reasons for any delay and advise on necessary regulatory actions
• Coordinate and maintain project schedule; communicate and work closely with the Project Manager
• Oversee construction phases of projects
• Actively seek new design and construction methods
• Review local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints
• Supervise construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay on budget, and adhere to the original vision for the design
• Collaborate with design team in creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects
• Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, or restorations
• Prepare and submit daily report to the Project Manager
• Resolve issues that come up during construction.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
