Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the job

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, Planning, managing and controlling projects activities and resources within agreed budget limits; communicating project activities, coordinating, and maintaining relationship with responsible interest groups and stakeholders per project, and ensure clients’.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper Planning and Budgeting throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitors tasks performed on site to ensure that it satisfies the specific tasks outlined in the project implementation schedule
• Provides risks reports and recommends mitigation strategies that would ensure efficient project implementation
• Prepares and manages project budget and ensures efficient utilization of it
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven 7+ years of work experience as a project Manager
• PMP certification is mandatory
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
