Job Position: Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a certified and experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from pre-construction planning through execution and delivery.
• We are not just looking for a site supervisor — we require a professional who understands systems, documentation, coordination, and forward-thinking construction management, and who is interested in helping build a long-term real estate brand.

Role Overview

• You will be responsible for planning, coordination, supervision, reporting, and delivery of building projects while establishing organized project processes and improving operational efficiency across sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to completion
• Develop work programs, timelines, and execution strategies
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor site progress and enforce accountability
• Control variations, cost overruns, and material usage
• Implement documentation, reporting, and project tracking systems
• Prepare weekly progress and risk reports
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
• Support the company in building scalable project processes.

Required Qualifications

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience managing building projects in Lagos
• Evidence of projects delivered from start to finish
• Must provide verifiable references
• Degree/HND in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong coordination, leadership, and documentation skills.
