Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase and Invoice Executive to support IT procurement and invoicing activities, ensuring efficient purchasing processes, accurate documentation, and strong vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, and services in line with company policies.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Handle end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Track and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support budget control processes in collaboration with the finance team.
• Prepare procurement and spending reports as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in IT procurement or purchasing roles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and Microsoft Office applications.
