Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our team. 
• This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our ice cream production facility, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.

Job Description

• Oversee overall production activities to meet set targets
• Coordinate resources effectively to achieve performance goals
• Organize production areas to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Drive focus on production quality, quantity, cost efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure planned production schedules are achieved consistently
• Monitor performance to ensure compliance with both quality and organizational standards
• Enforce ISO 22000 standards and ensure cGMP practices are followed
• Uphold discipline and teamwork within the production unit
• Take full responsibility for production performance
• Provide regular updates on production performance to management.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to go the extra mile when required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity, honesty, transparency, faithfulness, and respect.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
