LSG Sky Chefs Things Remembered Services FZE -  Our client is a leading hospitality brand managing multiple premium lounges at Lagos International Airport.

They  are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Assurance Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and hygiene standards are met
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and customer service in all lounges
• Train staff on best practices in quality control and compliance
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Handle customer feedback and implement service enhancements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in hospitality or aviation
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP), hygiene, and customer service protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work across multiple lounge locations within the airport
