We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Job Location: Ogun 

Job Description

• We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor with sound knowledge of Montessori method of teaching for a nursery and primary school to oversee and supervise all teaching and learning activities in the school and report to the Head Teacher.
• He/she will supervise all teaching and learning activities in the school to ensure adherence to best educational practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates Must have a Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate Degree in Education is compulsory with not less than 3 years experience as a class teacher or assistant head teacher at a reputable nursery/primary school.
• Must possesses strong work ethnics and be able to work under pressure.
• Must be enthusiastic and passionate about teaching with a strong commitment to school developing programs.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills in relating with children, parents and staffs.

Supervision experience:

• Excellent interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Montessori teaching methodologies and innovative teaching methods.
• Proven commitment to high academic standards and integrity.
