We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Recruitment Specialist

Job Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

  • The Recruitment specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and retaining talented employees.
  • The job holder will also be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning, to ensure the organization has a strong pipeline of talent to support its growth.
  • He/ She must ensure the efficient execution of daily activities, and that the quality control and quality management system (QMS) are fully operational and in compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and extending job offers.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to recruitment and talent management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent
  • You shall comply with all the provisions of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to build a pipeline of talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective, and provides a positive candidate experience.
  • Monitor and report on employee engagement and retention rates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • And any other task assigned to you by the Branch Lead P&C and the Global Lead P&C.

The Person

  • A Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) Degree in any relevant Social Science or Business Degree is required for this role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR work experience preferably in the Healthcare industry or FMCG sector.
  • A working knowledge of relevant National Labour Laws is required for this role.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as CIPM and any other relevant bodies is desired for this role
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, business presentation and people relations skills.
