Job Position: Regional Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To oversee the operations of multiple locations within a given geographic region.
• This role is responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve short and long-term goals, setting and meeting organizational objectives, and proactively addressing operational issues.
• Additionally, the Regional Manager must ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies. They may also be involved in sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Directing operations in all sites within the region
• Developing and executing regional business plans
• Growing sales and profits in the region
• Monitoring regional performance against goals
• Analyzing data and trends for improvement plan and execution
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive operations
• Managing relations with customers and business partners
• Support in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff across the region
• Managing budgets and controlling costs
• Keep to all regulatory and safety standard

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND
• A minimum of five (5) years in operations management.
• A very good operational and technical knowledge of various categories of battery-powered material handling equipment is a major advantage.
• Must have managed substantial team of 100 personnel for not less than three (3) years.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in problem solving and decision making
• Experience in budgeting and financial control.
