Job Summary

The role will primarily be responsible to oversee TDFS operations end to end in component States assigned to region, supervise and coordinate various State field force recruitment & Training at the regional level as well as deliver & monitor budgetary performance and inventory management.

Job Description

• Oversee TDFS operations end to end in component States assigned to region
• Supervise and coordinate various State field force recruitment & Training at the regional level
• Deliver & monitor budgetary performance and inventory management
• Ensure strict compliance with co overarching strategies, processes, policies & work ethics
• Provide periodic reports & updates on customer on all on field activities, OKRs & Key Results
• Provide strategic regional support across all supervisory levels: RAAO, HOSO
• Primary point of escalation & resolution of all external & internal issues
• Overall management of all field force team by providing guidance & direction

Job Requirement.

Minimum 5 years working in Financial institutions (Retail Sales) Commercial Banks, Mobile Money Operators, Microfinace Banks, FMCGs
