The company started business in 1972 by exporting agricultural produce, namely Ginger, Sheanuts, Coffee and Gum Arabic. Ladgroup became highly successful in exports and was the largest exporter of Sheanuts and Cocoa in the 70’s and 80’s, winning two major awards from the Nigerian Export Import Bank (NEXIM) namely “Best Exporter of the Year” and “Best Cocoa Exporter”.

Qualifications

• BSc / HND / OND in Business, Salesmanshipmarketing, Economics or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Description

• We are looking for Sales Representatives to be responsible for generating Sales leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include product presentations as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
• In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and the dynamics with superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
