Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Position Summary

• We are seeking an Experienced Lead Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence.
• The ideal candidate must have extensive real estate sales experience, proven leadership skills, and a strong understanding of Abuja’s property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Drive client acquisition and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and close high-value real estate deals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategy.
• Present regular sales performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of successful real estate sales and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Abuja’s real estate landscape.
• Must live in Wuye or surrounding areas.
• Target-driven, result-oriented, and resilient.
