We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Support Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To support the Client Relationship Manager to generate Sales.

Job Responsibilites

• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Escalate customers issues to Client Relationship Manager if unable to manage it properly.
• Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
• Follows up with prospective customers
• Ability to undergo regular product training to know what to sell and how to sell
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the Client Relationship Manager
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Updates all contact information for clients
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents

Qualifications

• IT student from a reputable Polytechnic
• Youth Corper
• Must be available to work 8am - 5pm daily except on CDs days
• Must live around Ikeja
• Must have ability to pay attention to details
• Must have intention to work in a travel company
