Luz Neema Foundation (LNF) is an NGO (non-governmental organisation) and also not intended for profit, which has been legally constituted by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria and the Ontario Corporation of Canada for the development of communities,as well as the grassroots.

Its non-governmental status affords the organisation the right to exclude government representatives from its board of trustees or membership.
