Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role is expected to:


  • Possess 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in the banking or health sector
  • Be well-spoken and able to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Have a professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA)
  • Be experienced in generating management reports, managing receivables, and debt control
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of accounting processes and internal controls
  • Have working experience with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).
