We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Service Engineer
Location: Lagos
Position type:Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend breakdown calls and servicing of the equipments
• Validate new design/ components
• Generate leads for spare parts, retrofit and other service products
• Liaison with sales and spare parts team to ensure delightful customer experience
• Collect feedback from customers to provide inputs for new product development
• Supervise installation and commissioning of equipments like boilers. heaters etc
• Co-ordinate with contractors for site erection and fabrication
• Guarantee period monitoring of equipments

Job Specifications

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical )
• Experience :5-8 years
• Products to be handled:Multiple utilities products of Thermax like- Boilers & Heaters,  Air pollution control/ Spares and retrofit/ After-sales service products

Critical Competencies for the Job:

• Should be able to interpret engineering drawings
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Process & Result Oriented
• Organizing and planning skills
• Process and result oriented, self-starter, with good analytical skills
• Candidate should be ready to travel extensively.
• Expertise in Installation and commissioning of boilers/heaters on Oil/gas/solid fuel.
• Customer Centric
• ERP/Computer operating skills
• Should be able to interpret engineering drawings

Experience / Exposure:

• Candidate having background of thermal & steam engineering, absorption chillers, water and air pollution related products will be preferred
