Job Description

• We are looking for a competent Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. The duties include selling, restocking and merchandising.
• The goal is to provide product knowledge to high class customers and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• Female is preferred
• Proven work experience in retail sales
• Applicants must live around Yaba and its environment
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, confident, helpful and warm personality

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers' needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that can meet customers' needs
• Welcome and greet prospects
• Manage point of sale process
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up-to-date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
