Job Summary

• Maticline Industries is a machinery manufacturing company serving the beverage, liquid processing and packaging industries.
• We are looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team, someone who understands B2B social media marketing, can create engaging professional content, and is willing to learn and eager to understand our business and communicate technical information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook , TikTok and Instagram.
• Develop engaging content that promotes our machinery, products and services.
• Create content calendars and maintain consistent online presence.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility.
• Translate technical information into clear, engaging and informative content.
• Support marketing campaigns and generate leads through social media.

Requirements

• A degree or relevant educational qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience managing B2B social media platforms.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• A strong willingness to learn and understand Maticline's business, products and industry.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively.
• Creativity, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, beverage or packaging industries will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Graphics Designing and Ai Tools
• Excellent creative and visual design skills, with the ability to create attractive, professional and engaging content.
